How long does the sample procurement process take?
The complete process typically takes 7-14 business days from order to delivery. This includes supplier contact, sample shipping to our hub, quality verification, and international shipping to you. Expedited options are available for urgent requirements.
What is included in the $36 service fee?
The service fee covers professional quality verification by our PR (Product Representative), video documentation, authenticity certification, coordination with the supplier, and administrative handling. It does not include the actual sample cost or shipping expenses.
Can I order samples from my own suppliers?
Yes! You can provide supplier details, or we can help you find suitable suppliers through our Supplier Discovery service. We work with both new and existing supplier relationships.
What happens during the quality verification?
Our PR follows a comprehensive checklist: unboxing inspection, physical measurement, material assessment, simple functional testing, comparison with specifications, and documentation. The report shall be sent to you along with your sample.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs include two parts: domestic shipping from the supplier to our verification hub, and international shipping from our hub to your address. We provide exact quotes before payment based on sample size, weight, and destination.
What if the sample fails quality verification?
If the sample doesn't meet quality standards, we'll inform you immediately with detailed documentation of the issues. You can then decide whether to proceed with delivery, request a replacement sample, or cancel the order with only the service fee applied.
Can I request specific tests or measurements?
Absolutely! You can specify particular tests, measurements, or verification requirements in the "Special Instructions" section of the order form. We shall arrange these on request and our PR will follow your specific requirements during the quality check.
What documentation will I receive with my sample?
You'll receive: (1) The verified product sample, (2) Quality verification video (if necessary), (3) Authenticity certificate, (4) EZZYY BUYS quality seal, (5) Detailed inspection report, and (6) Supplier prepared sample performance assessment.
Do you handle customs and import duties?
We handle all export documentation from our hub. However, import duties and taxes at your destination are your responsibility. We declare accurate product values to ensure smooth customs clearance. We also handle door-to-door service upon request and with the required payments.
What if I need to order multiple samples from different suppliers?
