Our service fee is tiered based on order value: $99 for orders under $3,600, $108 for $3,601-$9,900, $270 for $9,901-$18,000, and 1.8% for orders over $18,000. This fee covers our order management, quality control, and payment protection services.

If products fail inspection, we immediately pause the process and notify you with a detailed report. You can then choose to: (1) Request rework at supplier's cost, (2) Cancel the order with full refund from escrow, or (3) Negotiate a price adjustment for accepting the goods.

We handle all export documentation from the source country and provide complete shipping documentation. Import duties and customs clearance at your destination are typically your responsibility, though we can recommend trusted customs brokers in most countries.
